Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• Refund amount will be adjusted based on service usage:
• No waitlists created: Full refund eligible
• Waitlists created with signups: Partial refund based on unused portion
• Example: If you purchased 30 waitlists and used 10 with signups, refund will be limited to the remaining 20 unused waitlists
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• No refunds are provided for misuse or violation of terms

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Note that waitlists that have collected signups are considered used and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
